PRODUCT LABELS

Create a sheet of clear product labels

Set a page, margins and label size. Add a simple title and supporting text, then export an editable SVG sheet for a test print or design workflow.

Page and label size

Simple label content

To show a changing number on every label, put {n} in the title, supporting line or footer. For example, Order #{n} starts with the number chosen here.

Preview and export

Download the finished sheet as editable SVG, print-ready PNG or a direct PDF file. PNG, JPG, WebP and SVG images are embedded inside the downloaded SVG, while text and frames remain editable. Put {n} in any text field to number labels from the chosen first number. Test-print on plain paper before using label stock or final packaging.

A4 · 210 × 297 mm

The page outline shows the selected paper size and the exact position of every label. Use the mouse wheel over the sheet to zoom; scroll inside the preview to inspect a larger sheet.

Three steps

Set up a sheet, review it, then download

1

Set the actual sheet

Choose A4, Letter or a custom page, then enter the margins, label size, gaps and the exact number of labels you need.

2

Build the label

Add a title, supporting text, two images and an optional QR code. Use {n} anywhere in the text when labels need consecutive numbers.

3

Review and export

Zoom the physical sheet preview to check placement. Download SVG for editing, PNG for an image file or PDF for printing; test one ordinary-paper sheet first.

About this tool

Create product labels, thank-you inserts, QR cards or small packaging notes directly in the browser. Set the real sheet dimensions before you design the content, so the preview matches the page that will go into your printer.

Image 1 begins above the title and Image 2 uses the free lower area. Choose the QR position on the left, centre or right, then drag each element directly in the preview; its position is repeated on every label. When an image becomes larger, the text automatically uses the remaining free space and reduces if necessary.

SVG keeps text and shapes editable. PNG is useful where a flat image is required. PDF is prepared for direct printing. Files never leave the browser; still test one sheet on plain paper before using label stock or sending an order.

Questions and answers

Using the generator

Can I use two images and a QR code together?

Yes. You can use any one of the two images and the QR code, or all three. Choose the QR position, then drag each visible item in the preview. The same arrangement is repeated on every label.

Why does the text get smaller after I enlarge an image?

The tool protects the image and QR-code areas from overlap. It moves the text into the remaining space and reduces it when necessary. Shorten the copy, reduce the image or choose a larger label when the result is too small.

Which download format should I choose?

Choose SVG for further editing, PNG when another service needs an image, and PDF when the sheet is ready to print. For a full A4 PNG choose 300 DPI; 150 DPI is useful for a lighter proof. All three formats include the label content you added.

How do I number labels?

Put {n} in the title, supporting line or footer, then choose the first number. A title such as Order #{n} becomes Order #1, Order #2 and so on.

Does this create legally compliant product labels?

No. This is a visual layout tool. Legal, safety and product-labelling requirements differ by country and product, so check the rules that apply to your order.
