Terms of Use

FilePrepKit is provided free of charge, as is and without warranty. It is a preparation aid, not a substitute for checking a result in your own editor, cutter, engraver, printer or production workflow.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for verifying every result before cutting, engraving, printing, selling or other production use. You must have the rights or permission needed to use each file.

Your files and rights

You keep all rights to files you choose to process. FilePrepKit does not claim ownership of tool files and does not store uploads on its servers.

Fair use of the site

Do not interfere with the site, bypass technical limits or use it unlawfully. We may change, limit or discontinue a tool when needed to maintain the service.
